Humor Consult Services

Our consultancy business uses the power of humor to improve communication at educational institutions. The humor consult team at the Association of Imaginary Schools brings to light unsaid truths and unheard hurts that are making your school less efficient, honest and accessible.

Services are offered on an hourly basis, with an initial retainer. Typically our team does an in-depth review, including four site visits, and conducts interviews with staff at all levels from Board of Directors to Buildings and Grounds. We collect data from current students, alums and dropouts.

Recommendations based on our research are presented in the form of a written report and a public presentation. For the duration of the pandemic, our results will be shared via Zoom.

Due to the overwhelming demand for humor, our client portfolio is presently full, but we are accepting applications from new institutions in 2022. For the safety of our staff, our offices are closed to the public, and we can only serve clients in our immediate area of the Berkshires and the Hudson Valley.

We strive for discretion and understand that schools rarely want to make it known that they are seeking humor services, hence our client list is confidential. References are available on request.
